How do I report a problem with a product I purchased?Updated 2 months ago

If you are experiencing an issue with one of our products and need to report a problem, please provide us with the following information to assist you better:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the problem
  • The batch code of the product, which can usually be found on the product label or on the electric pump for airbeds
