Where can I locate the Batch Code Number on my product?Updated 7 months ago

If your product has a fault, we might ask you for your product batch code, for various reasons, including product tracking and quality assurance.

The Batch code is a 8 digit number and can usually be found on the product label on your product. 

Here's where you can locate the product label for each of our products:

1. Luxury Comfort Plus Air Bed: You can find the batch code for the Luxury Comfort Plus Air Bed on the pump of the bed. 

2. Premium Comfort Air Bed: For the Premium Comfort Air Bed, you can locate the batch code printed on the side of the bed. 

3. Camping Air Bed: The batch code can be found on the box of your product.

4. Tents: The label is located on the inside of the tent, often near the entrance or along one of the seams.

5. Camping Chair: The product label is typically situated on the underside of the Chair seat or on one of the Chair legs.

6. Sleeping Bags: The batch code for our Sleeping Bags can be found on the wash label.
7. Bathroom Scales: The product label can be found on the bottom of your Scale.
