When an order is placed, we try to dispatch the parcel as soon as possible to keep our delivery promise. Once the order information has been transmitted to the carrier, we're sadly unable to make any changes to the address.
Please note, if the carrier is unable to deliver the parcel due an incorrect address, it will be returned to our warehouse automatically.
We recommend to monitor the tracking, and if the parcel is unable be delivered to inform our Customer Care Team, so we can resend the order to the correct address.
