Please turn your Bluetooth off and then on again. In your phone's settings, under "Bluetooth" and then under "pairable devices", you should see "BS-05". If not, please turn your Bluetooth back off. Delete the Active Era app from your phone entirely. Once deleted, please reinstall the app. Please note, this will not delete your account or saved data. Once you've re-installed the app and logged in, please turn your Bluetooth back on and look for "BS-05" under "pairable devices." Once the device has been located, pair it with your phone.
