Can I return my order in person?

We don't have physical stores so all of our returns are made directly to the warehouse. Unfortunately you can't return your order in person and must do it via a courier. For more information on how to return your order, please click here.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If your item is not suitable, please place another order for the desired item and initiate a return with us.
